We all benefit from a regular supply of vegetables, rich in trace minerals, with fresh vegetables being the most efficient way to transfer minerals to the human body.  For trace minerals to be quickly absorbed, by plants, they must be finely ground into rock dust.  As rock dust these trace minerals will clump up with any amount of moisture, so we mix the soil amendments with Coco Coir.  The soil amendments and minerals attach to the dry Coir which spreads them evenly through out the soil mixture.  The growing medium is viable for 5 to 6 years without repotting.  Once a year we should apply additional Worm compost or Organic Compost.
